Personal training

I provide personal training for everyone who doesnt feel like going to the gym but prefers to train in the out-doors or at home.

My strenght lies in a multi disciplinary approach in between physiotherapy, personal training and (sports) nutrition. My ideal client is someone who has the desire to lose weight by adapting to a more healthy lifestyle (more physical activity and optimized whole food nutrition) or a (professional) sports person who seriously wants to improve his skils.
